ODM Development
We have R&D team of 12 members. We can develop a new products base on customer’s idea, sample, 3D draw etc. Our different engineers can handle from product design, internal structure design, PCB board, source code, mould development, production design etc.

Shippments by Sea, Air, Truck, Train
Our customers come from all over the world — North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Depending on the region, our reliable forwarders offer air, sea, truck, or rail shipping. We mainly use FOB and DDP terms, providing great convenience and flexibility for our clients’ operations.

MOQ
Our standard MOQ is 1000 units, mainly due to material procurement requirements from our suppliers, such as customized PCB boards for different local voltages. However, to support new partners, we can accept a first trial order of 200 units to help you start the market smoothly.

Lead Time
After receiving the OEM customization files, our team carefully reviews all details to ensure accuracy. The typical lead time is around 30 days after order confirmation, including 10–15 days for suppliers to deliver semi-finished materials, 2–3 days for inspection, and about 10 days for production scheduling.

Warranty
Our warranty is 14 months. As usual product is 12 months. Considering 1–2 months of shipping time, we provide 14-month warranty. If any quality issues arise, customers can simply provide proof, such as photos or videos, and we will replace the products in the next order, ensuring hassle-free support.

Testing
All of our products are under a serious of testings before shipping customers, like shocking test, aging test, low noise test, wind speed test, wind temperature test, stuck test etc. It makes sure all our products are good in selling.

Product Inspection and Factory Aufit
We accept customer to arrange Factory Audit or Inspection on products any time. Customers can come directly or send a third party. Specialist colleague will accompany for assistant all the time. We can arrange pick up at Zhuhai airport or Zhuhai HSR station.
